Have you heard about the toot tax??? I just heard about it and I thought it was a joke, but apparently the EPA has proposed a regulation that would tax farmers for their animals' emission of methane gas. SERIOUSLY PEOPLE??? Although it probably won't pass because DUH its ridiculous, I'm just concerned that there are people in this world stupid enough to TAX a COW for its TOOTS. Come on people, find something better to do with your time.
p.s. if they are going to tax a cow, I'm pretty sure they ought to tax my husband too...they probably emit the same amount of gas on a daily basis.
